I purchased an electric vehicle from the EEVE showroom in Aul, Kendrapara, in February 2022. After two years, the batteries were damaged, and I had to replace them at the authorized dealer in Chandabali, as the EEVE showroom had closed. The replacement was done by Shri Ruturaj (Raj EEVE) of Jajpur Road, with a one-year warranty, at a cost of ₹17,500 on date July 2024.
